JAMMU: In a petition filed by Dr. Taran Singh seeking quashment of Govt. Order No. 315-HME of 2016 dated 26.05.2016, in so far as and to the extent it pertains to withdrawal of the order of adjustment / placement of the petitioner as Medical Superintendent (Ayd) Govt. Hospital, Jammu and also seeking direction to respondents to allow and permit the petitioner to discharge his duties as Medical Superintendent Govt. Ayurvedic Hospital Jammu pursuant to Order bearing No. DG/ISM/Adm/PS/120 dated 20.08.2015.
Justice Janak Raj Kotwal of J&K High Court Jammu Wing after hearing Adv Abhinav Sharma appearing for the petitioner issued notice to Commissioner/Secretary Health & Medical Education and Director General ISM returnable within four weeks and ordered that till the objections from other side, operation of impugned order to extent relieving the petitioner of the additional charge or Medical Supt and asking Dr. Rameshwar Dutt to look after the said post shall remain stayed.
