JAMMU: In a petition challenging the rejection of tenders of three firms by police regarding supply of woolen blanket, jackets, boot polish and other hosiery items, Justice Bansi Lal Bhat of J and K High Court after hearing Advocate Y.E Tak appearing for the petitioner issued notice to Financial Commissioner Home, DGP J and K and others returnable within four weeks. High Court also directed respondents not to finalize tender issue in terms of NIT. JNF
