JAMMU: The Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court modified transfers and posting of Judicial Officers (JOs).
According to the order issued by Registrar Genera Shahzad Azeem that in partial modification to High Court Order No. 1047 of 2023/RG dated 06.09.2023, it is hereby ordered that Sandeep Singh Sen, Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Jammu (under transfer as Additional Special Mobile Magistrate, R.S Pura) and Arusa Chowdhary, Munsiff, R.S Pura shall swap their respective place of postings; and Rashi Verma (under transfer as Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Jammu vice Sandeep Singh Sen), shall continue to work as Additional Special Mobile Magistrate, R.S Pura.
