KATHUA: Harman Preet Singh, a second standard student of DAV Collegiate, Kathua won gold medal in under 6-8 category of National Skates Roller competition, organised by Punjab Skates Association at SD College Pathankot. Harman urged children and youth to take part in games and sports for all-round development. He added that sound mind in sound body can lead a child towards his target.
