According to police, the accused was involved in about a 20 criminal cases in different police station areas of Jammu district.
“One hardcore criminal, Yudhbir Singh alias Bablu, son of Aya Singh, resident of Old Agra Chak, R S Pura was detained in R S Pura after being booked under Public Safety Act (PSA),” a police officer said. The wanted criminal was detained under the PSA after a dossier prepared by the police against him was approved by the District Magistrate of Jammu, the officer said. The whole process was carried out by SDPO R S Pura Surinder Choudhary under the close supervision of SP Hqrs. R.C Kotwal.
