JAMMU: The Government on Saturday repatriated Dr Sunil Gupta, Controller of Examinations (CoE), Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE), to his parent Higher Education Department (HED) and appointed Prof Gurvinder Raj Verma, Incharge Principal, GDC Qazigund as CoE BOPEE.
