Guru Nanak Mission Hospital signs MoU with Khalsa Aid (India)

JAMMU: Guru Nanak Mission Hospital Nanak Nagar Jammu, on Tuesday signed MoU with world renowned M/s Khalsa Aid (India) for the Co-management of the Hospital on the most modern lines and providing free medical aid and allied facilities to the poor and needy.
Khalsa Aid is an international NGO with the aim to provide humanitarian aid in disaster areas and civil conflict zones around the world. The organisation is based upon the Sikh principle of ‘Recognise the whole human race as one’.
The MoU was signed among Guru Nanak Mission Hospital Chairman T.S Wazir and Amarpreet Singh Managing Director from Khalsa Aid (India) in the presence of Sat Sharma Member Legislative Assembly and State President BJP and Ravinder Singh CEO and founder Khalsa Aid.
Prominent among others present in the function include Founder members of Khalsa Aid Ravinder Singh, Director Health Dr Gurjit Singh, Additional Secretary JKAACL, Arvinder Singh Amn, former Director Information Narinder Singh, former Mayor JMC, Manmohan Choudhary, President District Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee Jagjit Singh, Rattandeep Singh, Karamveer Singh Seth and members of the management committee of both organisations, doctors and eminent citizens. The function was conducted by Secretary Manjit Singh and vote of thanks was presented by Administrator Dr. Sarbjeet Singh.
