SRINAGAR: Senior National Conference leader and MLA Mubark Gul on Sunday castigated PDP-BJP Government for pursuing anti-people agenda and pushing the Kashmir Valley to wall by unleashing reign of terror ever since its inception. Addressing workers at Kakapora in Eidgah Assembly Constituency, Gul said that the people of the Valley were living under perpetual threat and fear, as they are uncertain about their safety. This has impacted the overall life in the Valley and brought economic activities to virtual standstill.
He cautioned the insensitive dispensation not to test the patience of people and end the current spell of atrocities and harassment.
He said the people have suffered adversely due to inept handling of the situation by the present government. The misgovernance, he said, has added to their woes.
Gul urged the people to demonstrate their strength against the tyrannical approach of the PDP-BJP combine by giving huge mandate to Dr Farooq Abdullah in the ensuing parliamentary elections.
