JAMMU: Shree Vishwakarma Library & Research Centre (SVLARC) organised a Guidance Cum Interactive Session at New Plot, Jammu on Friday. Two experts were invited to deliberate on latest trends of preparation for competitive examinations. A number of Students and other aspirants attended the session. In their deliberations, Col A R Malhotra (Rtd) and Balwant Kataria said that guidance and coaching play an important role for getting any job in present era of competition. They also replied many questions put forth by participating aspirants.
Ramesh Angotra, Convenor of Library stated that Vishwakarma Library is a multifaceted institution which is striving to provide every type of support to poor & needy students and job seekers. “In the present scenario, when education is based entirely on internet and smart-phones, which are costly gadgets, poor students are in frustration. Vishwakarma Library has planned to provide free internet and computers to such students, free of cost. Moreover, library is also prepared to arrange free coaching for poor students/aspirants,” he added.
The event was managed by Raman Chalotra (Vice Chairman) and Joginder Angotra. The session culminated with two minutes silence in memory of former President of India, Giani Zail Singh, whose death anniversary falls on December 25.
