UDHAMPUR: Monthly meeting of district unit of National Conference was held at Udhampur under the presidentship of District President Sunil Verma on Saturday and workers from various part of the district participated and highlighted their demands.
NC workers highlighted the demand of sugar in the ration which has been snatched by the Govt. Moreover, workers said that the conditions of road in the various part of the district are in a miserable condition and need to mend on priority. While addressing the workers District President Sunil Verma said that Govt has failed to deliver goods to the locals thereby increasing their problems. He said that sugar in the ration has been snatched by the Govt. which clearly indicate that Govt wanted to assassinate the poor and BPL families. “Now the present Collation Govt is harassing the people by way of imposing GST” Verma said and demanded immediate restoration of sugar in the ration to the people.
