Govt failed to give basic amenities to people: Dimpy

STATE TIMES NEWS
JAMMU: Shiv Sena (Bala sahib Thackery) Jammu and Kashmir Unit on Thursday strongly criticised BJP- PDP Coalition Government for not providing even basic amenities of life to the general masses despite making big promises during elections. In a meeting held at Party Headquarters State President of the Party Dimpy Kohli said that the budget presented by Finance Minister Dr. Haseeb Drabu is anti poor and this budget has lack of future vision. Dimpy said that this government is in deep slumber and BJP ministers who pose themselves as true representatives of Jammuites after elections never visited the common man over the issues of bad conditions of roads, water scarcity, electricity problem, poor sanitation in the State particularly in the Jammu region and are indulging in corrupt practices only.
They had put the future of Jammu at the mercy of the Kashmiri rulers. They had made only hollow promises and cheated the people of Jammu by playing with their sentiments and exploiting their emotions and feelings. The garbage is lying here and there on the roads which exposes the mission Swach Bharat run by the JMC and BJP Government. The bad condition of roads is causing danger to the lives of the common man. He said that immediate action is required to be taken by the State Government but they are busy in promotion of fake and false promises made by the so-called well wishers of the Jammu people. He said BJP ministers should amend their way of working and must stop singing songs on the tune of PDP leaders for the sake of dignity of Jammu region.
G.I Singh, Sandeep Bhagat, Narinder Dev Chunni, Raj Singh, Rajan Gupta and others were present in the meeting.
