New Delhi: Jammu and Kashmir Governor N N Vohra on Saturday met Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh and discussed with him the security situation in the state.
During the half-an-hour meeting, Vohra briefed Singh about the prevailing situation in Jammu and Kashmir, especially along the border, official sources said.
The Governor also conveyed to the Home Minister about the steps taken by the state government to bring back normalcy in the state.
Kashmir Valley has seen unrest for nearly four months after the killing of Hizbul Mujahideen militant Burhan Wani on July 8.
