SRINAGAR: A total of 30 golfers from different age groups participated in the golf tournament organised by J and K police at Lake View Environment Training Park, here. The tournament was inaugurated by Special DGP Coordination, Law and order, Dr. S.P Vaid who said that JKP has always remained in forefront in promoting different sports and activities among the people in general and youth in particular. He further said that such types of events will continue to be organised in future as well. He also distributed trophies/prizes among the performers of the event.
Galib Mohi-u- Din, Secretary RSGC and Javaid Bukshi GM. SKICC also spoke about their experiences and challenges at the police golf course.
Among other officers CO, JKAP 9th BN, Shailender Singh and CO 12th BN Baqar Samoon were also present.
