JAMMU: Considering the aspirations of devotees of Goddess Sarv Shakti Cnandi Mata, Sarv Shakti Sevak Sanstha (SSSS), Jammu and Kashmir, block Jammu with the help of devotes of Maa Chandi is building a magnificent Temple of Chandi Mata at Dhammi on National Highway near Jagti, Nagrota in Jammu.
Bhoomi Pujan and Hawan will be performed on 23rd April 2016 at 9:00 AM followed by by Bhandara and Kirtan on 24th April from 1:00 PM onwards.
This was informed by Dr Soni Singh Sambyal, General Secretary, Sarv Shakti Sevak Sanstha, while addressing a press conference here today.
The temple which is being build near Dhammi will accommodate the pilgrims performing annual Machial Yatra, said Sanjay Gandotra, President Sarv Shakti Sevak Sanstha.
He further informed that for the convenience of devotees and general public transportation facility will be available on 24th April from Panjtirthi.
Sanjay also informed that last year above two lakh devotees performed the annual Machail Yatra in Paddar Tehsil of Kishtwar and the number is increasing with every passing year.
