JAMMU: Vice Chancellor, GNA University, Dr Prem Kumar today announced the opening of local office of University at JKIETR, Luthra Building, Kachi Chawni, Jammu and special scholarships to J&K students.
Talking to reporters here today, Dr Prem said that GNA University (GU) is designed to be a leading higher education organisation engaged in creating, preserving and imparting knowledge to a diverse community of students.
“The university aspires to nurture value based leaders who have knowledge and skills to create success in their organisations,” he said
The Vice Chancellor also said that GNA University offers both undergraduate and master level degree programmes in various domains.
The unique feature of the programmes conducted at the university is the focus on experiential learning, industrial internships, learning to learn principles, flexible, credit based study programs and holistic development of personality which in turn will ensure employability of the students, he mentioned.
Sunil Sarad, Registrar, GNA University and Sameer Varma from GNA University were also present in the press conference.
