“My assistant director is a girl from suburb who never gets jittery to get back home by 2 am next day For her work comes first and she is not overawed by the fear of any danger on road. This shows the grit and dedication of present day girls. I know many girls are waiting to step into the traditional men’s domain in films, as make up artiste as well,” she commented.

‘Chotuskone’ actor Payyel Sarkar, one of the juries in the premier pageant with over 200 contestants eliminated in different rounds, said she felt contented on seeing “Girls so confidently sashaying on the stage even without any previous exposure and confidence.”
