JAMMU: Member Legislative Assembly (MLA) and President Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP), Balwant Singh Mankotia in consultation with the Chairman Harsh Dev Singh has appointed Pt. Ghansham Shashtri as the President of Jammu District (Rural).
Kesar Parveen, Advocate, was appointed as District Rural General Secretary whereas Abdul Majid Dar has been appointed as Provincial Secretary (Kashmir Province), Tilak Raj has been appointed as Block President of Block Khour and Molvi Shafi has been appointed as the President of Jammu Minority Cell.
Meanwhile, Raghubir Singh has been appointed as State Secretary of PTU, Sarpanch Balwan Singh as Zonal President of PTU of (Zone Majalta), P.R Gill has been appointed as the President of District Jammu of PTU and Raj Kumar President Rehri Phari Union Jammu shall be District Secretary (Jammu) of PTU.
