G20 summit boost tourism and glorify all-round growth in J&K: Rekha

JAMMU: To accelerate the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) activities in the public domain, the BJP Jammu District South under the leadership of its President Jammu South Rekha Mahajan has formulated massive public outreach programmes such as Jan Sampark Abhiyaan in RS Pura Constituency, Mira Sahib Mandal.
Rekha Mahajan chaired the working committee meeting of Miran Sahib Mandal falls under District Jammu South here at RS Pura Jammu organised under the president ship of Mandal President Bikram Sandhu.
Rekha chalk out the blueprint to carry forward the month-long outreach called “Maha Jansampark Abhiyaan” which will commence from May 30, the day the Modi government completes nine years in office, until June 30. Rekha directed all party workers to reach out to the ground level and enlightened the Modi-led government schemes in the public domain in District Jammu South.
During her tour in RS Pura Constituency, Rekha Mahajan lauds that G20 submit is in advancement in the union territory of J&K, and after the abrogation of Article 370 under the supreme leadership of PM Modi India is a rising superpower. Rekha said It’s for the first time in the past 70 years that J&K would be hosting an international event like G-20, and the occasion offers UT a chance to rise to the occasion of exhibiting its market prospects, and ecotourism ventures. She said “G20 Summit in Kashmir is set to boost tourism in J&K, providing a platform for the state to showcase its beauty to the world. It is a proud moment for every Kashmiri and Dogra a significant milestone for the tourism sector,” and the general public of Jammu and Kashmir, including students, are widely participating in various events in the run-up to the main meet, Rekha Mahajan added.
