He said that the two parties were opposite poles and their subsequent coalition had betrayed the aspirations of the people. He further added that it was one of the factors which led to the turbulence in the Valley and several agitations besides protests in Jammu region as well.

He said that there were several incidents during the holy month of Ramadaan where ISIS and Pak flags were brazenly waved by the miscreants in Kashmir to flare up tension and the deliberate negligence and gross failure of the State Government to control the situation were responsible for the prevalent crisis in the Valley.
Mankotia divulged that Pakistan had been persistently pushing terrorists in the State and unleashing false propaganda against India via electronic and social media. He submitted to the Home Minister that hostile Pakistan had waged a full scale proxy war against India as it was evident from the observance of ‘Black Day’ on July 20th in Pakistan against the elimination of dreaded Hizb commander Burhan Wani in Kashmir.
Mankotia urged the Union Government to rein-in Pakistan by diplomatic means to prevent the rogue country to spread terror on our soils.
