RAJOURI: Principal Sessions Judge Rajouri on Thursday sentenced four persons to life over the murder of a man in 2009.
Mohammad Anwar and Mohammad Aslam sons of Muneer Hussain, and Mohammad Sharif son of Suba and Mohammad Zaffer son of Ghulam Hussain – all residents of Palangarh – were sentenced to life imprisonment. They were found guilty of murdering a man, Nissar Hussain son of Shah Mohammad resident of Lah Thanamandi on 7th August with axes, sticks and other such weapons.
A case under FIR 58/2009 US 302, 341, 34 RPC was registered in Police Station Thanamandi.
