JAMMU: For the city foodies, Fortune Inn Riviera, Jammu is going to present them spanking new Menu at Earthen Oven Restaurant.
“A whole lot of new and selective range of Kebabs, Koftas, Biryanis, Indian Gravies and Meetha from Awadhi, Hyderabadi and Persian Cuisines has been added to the existing menu courses,” Gaurav Singh Manhas, General Manager, Fortune Inn Riviera, told reporters.
He added that the special a’la cart menu features a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, Shorbhas, breads, Kebabs, desserts and much more.
Tursch-E-Paneer, Palak Aur Anjeer Ke Kofte, Dal-E-Fortune, Mirch Aur Baingan Ka Salan, are the vegetarian delicacies and Murgh Akbari, Awadhi Nihari, Keema Chaap, Nalli Ka Qorma, Murgh Dhaniwala Korma are among the non-vegetarians, he informed. He asked the Jammuites don’t miss to witness the food and will visit the Earthen Oven for dinner from 7:30 to 11:00 PM.
