KATRA: A police team accompanied by the Enforcement Wing of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board (SMVDSB) team seized eight domestic gas cylinders which were being used for commercial purpose in Sagar Ratna Restaurant here. The teams during checking also found usage of rotten vegetables for cooking.
The police team headed by SHO Bhavan Sub Inspector Sunil Kumar along with Enforcement Wing of SMVDSB conducted a raid on the restaurant at Bhavan situated and recovered eight domestic gas cylinders. The police also found that rotten vegetables was being used in the cooking.
The police has registered a case FIR 4/2015 under section 3/7 Essential Commodities Act at Police Station Bhavan against the management of Sagar Ratna Resturant for investigation.
In this regard Enforcement Wing of SMVD Shrine Board has also submitted report to CEO SMVD Shrine Board for further course of action.
