FIR registered against self styled BJP leader

JAMMU: Pacca Danga Police Station registered FIR number (114/16) against Rakesh Sharma, Assistant Engineer posted in UEED department, brother of Purnima Sharma, President Mahila Morcha of J&K BJP for harassing female staff of a reputed school of Panjthirthi, Jammu.
Rakesh Sharma who’s three children study in school used to harass the school management and staff for getting undue benefits claiming that his sister Purnima Sharma is the President of Mahila Morcha of J&K BJP
He used to claim and boast that if his demands are not accepted he will make Director Education, Education Secretary, Education Minister, Dy CM and even Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti to come and make the school close .
The Principal and the staff fed up of his threats and harassment to the female staff ultimately lodged a complaint with Pacca Danga police station which registered FIR number (114/16) against Rakesh Sharma.
In the complaint, the Principal alleged that in the month of May Rakesh Sharma forcibly entered in her office chamber and started using arrogant and unparliamentary language and smashed her table lamp and the documents lying on her table.
Later he misbehaved with a senior teacher of the school and today again misbehaved with another teacher dealing with collection of fee.
He always used to boast of his being a gazetted officer and brother of Purnima Sharma President of Mahila Morcha of J&K BJP who has capacity to close down the school if his demands are not accepted.
The management of the school approached along with the Police to Sat Pal Sharma, President J&K BJP, Ashok Koul, Organsing Secretary, Shamsher Singh MP, Jugal Kishore Sharma MP, to look into the matter to save further harassment to the female staff of the school and to avoid attempt to make uneducational atmosphere which is harmful to the  school children. Though the complaint has been forwarded to Amit Shah, National President BJP, Dr Jitendra Singh MoS, PMO, Mehbooba Mufti, CM, the action from these dignitaries is yet to be taken.
