‘This election is between weak and strong’
STATE TIMES NEWS
KATHUA: Tarun Chugh, National General Secretary and Prabhari Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday said that the dynastic politics is the biggest curse in democracy and the people of the country hate the leaders of the UPA alliance. “Farooq Abdullah, Chhote Mian, Mufti Behan and Gandhi Nehru family want to form a weak government in the entire country because 18 candidates in the alliance already want to become the Prime Minister”, Chugh said while addressing a press conference, organized at BJP Kathua office.
Chugh said that 140 crore people of the country have decided that a strong government should be formed under the leadership of Narendra Modi. This election is between lame and strong, between dynasts and democrats, between corrupt and votaries of development, between the leaders who consider me and my son, my daughter, my family and Modi who considers the country as his family, he added.
He said that every worker of the Bharatiya Janata Party has come out to fulfill the resolve of a developed India by taking this election like a festival and taking the country forward.
Chugh said that this election is between the three families who kept Jammu and Kashmir in the chains of Article 370 and 35A, and the liberator Narendra Modi. He said today it is very clear in the country that those who ran the governments in the name of loot, corruption, Katmani and Chhatmani for 7 decades. Now the people of Jammu and Kashmir want freedom from these three families. In the 90s, when millions of people were forced to migrate from their homes and hearths, Farooq Abdullah Saheb was the Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir and Mufti Saheb was the Home Minister of the country. These leaders created stone pelters in Kashmir, made AK-47 brandishing people heroes, gave bombs, bullets, strikes and curfew. But there is Narendra Modi, who made Jammu and Kashmir the tourism capital, Narendra Modi who gave peace, Narendra Modi who gave development, Narendra Modi who gave confidence. Therefore, the election score has become clear and the public has once again decided to hand over the command of the country to Narendra Modi, he added.
Chugh said that 11 lakh people voted in the DDC elections in 10 districts of Kashmir, which is history. And 50 percent people voted against the Gupkar alliance, so today the situation is clear that within Jammu and Kashmir, the Bharatiya Janata Party will win the Lok Sabha and also the assembly elections to be held by September, he added.
Clarifying on CAA, Chugh said that it has been brought not to take away anyone’s citizenship, but to give citizenship. There is a difference between infiltrators and refugees. The Gupkar alliance has been rolling out the red carpet for infiltrators like Yasin Malik, he said.
He said that the Nehru-Liaquat Agreement, which was signed after the independence of the country in the 1950s, the governments of the two countries had committed that the security of 28 percent Hindus, Sikhs, Christians, Parsis, Jains and Buddhists living in Pakistan would be the responsibility of both the governments.
“But on the contrary, Hindu, Sikh Muslim, families were displaced in Jammu & Kashmir”, he added.
Many prominent persons including high level retired officers joined the BJP on the occasion, and were welcomed by Tarun Chugh.
J&K BJP Chief Spokesperson Adv. Sunil Sethi, District President Gopal Mahajan, and other senior leaders were also present on the occasion.
Launches campaign to energize party workers for LS polls
JAMMU: BJP National General Secretary Tarun Chugh, who is also the party Incharge for J&K, on Saturday conducted a hurricane tour of the two Lok Sabha seats, Jammu and Udhampur, and addressed more than 30 meetings with the party workers.

He called upon workers to spread the message of peace and development as envisioned by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and take it down to the last voter.
J&K, Chugh said, has entered a new era after Article 370 was abrogated by the Modi government. The ISI sponsored militancy has been curtailed in a big way. The idea of tourism has overtaken terrorism, he added.
Chugh said that the family fiefdom of Abdullahs and Muftis and even those of the Gandhi family must be exposed.
He said the achievements under various welfare schemes initiated by the Prime Minister for the people of Jammu and Kashmir must be disseminated widely.
