Farooq Ahmad Renzoo resigns from congress and raised a new political party

Srinagar : Former Director Information and chairman of Media Committee of Pradesh Congress Committee Farooq Renzu has resigned from the party and raised a new party today named as Kashmir Development Front.

In a letter addressed to Congress president Sonia Gandhi, Renzu said that the Flood Control Minister (Sham Lal Sharma) government failed to manage the recent floods and save Srinagar city. He also accused party of having no economy policy for Kashmir.
