JAMMU: To meet the urgent need of the people of Jammu, the Central Mahajan Sabha on Friday inaugurated Eye Clinic in Justice Mehar Chand Mehajan Charitable Hospital at Gandhi Nagar, here. Dr. Madan Gopal, MS Eye Surgeon will look after the clinic and render his free services for the people.
MLA Jammu East, Rajesh Gupta was present as a Guest of Honour who in the presence of Dr. Madan Gopal and President Jammu Central Mahajan Sabha, Vinod Gupta inaugurated the clinic.
Vinod Gupta assured that in future also the present team of workers of the Sabha will continue their dedicated efforts to achieve further heights in the working of the Sabha.
Chander Mohan Gupta, General Secretary, said that Mahajan community members are very generous in giving donations for the uplift of the community. He appealed to the society to become life members of Justice Mehar Chand Charitable Hospital by paying a meager amount of Rs. 2,000.
Rajesh Gupta praised the social activities of the Sabha and said that he would extend his services in any development activity of the Sabha.
The function concluded with a vote of thanks from Om Parkash Gupta, Vice President of the Sabha.
