Ensure punctuality, timely completion of ongoing construction: R.A Inqlabi

REASI: Director School Education Jammu, R.A Inqlabi stressed to speed up the pace of all the ongoing construction work on school buildings under SSA and RAMSA and to complete the same within the stipulated time, in a review meeting of Education Department held at Reasi.
The meeting was attended by all the principals/ Zonal Education Officers and headmasters of the district. Discussions were held on status of upgradation of schools, early completion of under execution school buildings, provision of drinking water facilities etc.
The government is making all out efforts to ensure quality education by providing best education infrastructure and required teaching staff in schools said Inqlabi, while addressing the participants. Stressing on punctuality and attendance, Inqlabi described these as pillars of efficient delivery in any office and called for strict adherence to office decorum. He said Zonal officers have to ensure that offices located in far-off areas are serving the cause of education in the desired manner and all the staff under them adhere to office timings besides delivering duties in efficient manner.
Inqlabi directed all the Drawing and Disbursing Officers of Education Department to open the students account so that timely disbursement of scholarships could be ensured. Instructions were also issued for the disbursement of uniform.
Earlier Inqlabi inaugurated two additional class room buildings at Govt. Middle School Laiter and Middle School Doongi Kote. He also interacted with the students and staff members of MS Doongi Kote, HS Dadoa and Higher Secondary School Pouni. Chief Education Officer Reasi Ashok Kumar Sanyal and Zonal Education Officer Pouni Anwar Hussain also accompanied the Director School Education during his visit.
A colourful cultural programme was also presented by the students of various educational institutions at Govt Boys Higher Secondary School Reasi, which was highly appreciated by the director.
