Engage all stakeholders of J&K before finalising proposals: KP Sabha

JAMMU: Kashmiri Pandit Sabha, Ambphalla, discussed the prevailing political scenario of the State at a meeting held here under the chairmanship of K.K Khosa in the Sabha premises on Thursday.
The KP Sabha welcomed the initiative of the Central Government to call the all?party meeting to defuse the current unrest in the Valley.
The Sabha appealed to the leaders of all parties to discuss all aspects of the problem and put up well conceived and practicable recommendations to the government so that the situation can be retrieved to the satisfaction of all the stakeholders who are eagerly awaiting the restoration of peace and harmony in this turmoil ridden State.
After the all party meeting is held in Delhi the delegation must visit the State and engage with all stake holders including Kashmiri Pandits both at Jammu and Srinagar before finalising its proposals which must then be implemented in letter and spirit by both the Central and State Government.
The Sabha also appealed to all stakeholders to be pragmatic and accommodative to aspirations of different sections of the population which is not only diverse culturally, but also in respect of region and religion.
