BARAMULLA: For smooth conduct of Assembly Elections 2014, a Control Room with contact numbers 01952-238444 has been established in DEOs’ office which will remain functional round the clock till the elections are over.
Statistical Officer Farooq Ahmad will be Incharge of the Control Room and will submit report on daily basis to the District Election Officer (DEO).
Moreover, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Baramulla Ghulam Ahmad with Contact No. 9419531150 has been appointed as the Nodal Officer for Implementation of Model Code of Conduct (MCC) and maintaining Law and order situation in the district.
