JAMMU: Police have arrested one person and recovered 341 narcotic injections from his possession here on Thursday, a police officer said. Deepak Trehan, son of Raman Kumar, resident of Pacca Danga, Jammu, was arrested on Thursday during a search under operation Sanjeevani launched by SSP Jammu Dr. Sunil Gupta, police said. A case FIR No 112/2016 under section 8/21/22/ Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act has been registered in Police Station Pacca Danga. The arrest was made by SI Sunil Manhas, In-charge Police Post Chowk Chabutra under the direct supervision of SDPO City North Vivek Shekhar and SP City North Vinod Kumar.
