JAMMU: Police on Friday arrested one drug peddler and recovered 120 grams of Charas from his possession.
According to report, a party of Police Station City led by SHO intercepted one person for police check, while on patrolling duty at Ragunath Bazar area.
During search, police recovered 120 grams of Charas from his possession. The accused has been identified as Bharat Kapahi, resident of Malhotra Mohalla.
A case under relevant sections was registered at Police Station City and further investigation of the case is going on. The arrest and recovery was made under the supervision of SDPO City North, Varun Jandial and SP City North, Dr Vinod Kumar.
