JAMMU: Chairperson J&K Waqf Board, Dr Syed Darakhshan Andrabi on Sunday greeted people on the auspicious occasion of Eid-al-Fitr and prayed for the peace, prosperity and Allah’s grace for everyone.
“It is the occasion to thank God for the strength given to us by Him to have successfully completed the month long fasting with full surrender to Him. It is the occasion to resolve to serve mankind with more zeal and dedication”, said Andrabi.
She said that adequate preparations for the Eid prayers have been done by the Board at all places of Worship.
She appealed to all to celebrate Eid while extending the helping hand to the people in need around us.
