JAMMU: To promote and propagate an excellent learning experience for the learners, Delhi Public School (DPS), Jammu on Friday organised an inter-section quiz competition for the students of class III.
There were six rounds in the quiz based on the topics –General Knowledge, Mathematics, Environmental Science, Life skills and Current Affairs with interesting Audio-visual clippings.
Each question was supplemented with additional information to make the quiz more informative, not only for the participants but also for the students who were the praiseworthy audience.
The first prize was bagged by a Team F consisting of Kanav Mahajan and Krish Dev Singh while the second prize was shared by Aryaveer Singh and Areeb Ahmed Dev of Team H and Anieeq Shahzad and Aashi Nanda of Team J. The third prize was also shared by Team B and Team C, Divyansh Mahajan, Navgun Singh, Shalin Sawhney and Uman Butt respectively.
Headmistress upto Middle School, DPS, Jammu, Meenu Gupta encouraged the students to participate in such formative assessments which help them to think logically, practically and to stimulate their creative thought processes.
Addl. Director/ Principal, DPS, Jammu, Dr. (Mrs.) D. Joseph congratulated the students and the staff on the successful completion of the event.
