Doon Int’l School extends Exchange Programme

JAMMU: Following the directions of Minister for Education, Naeem Akhter regarding the adoption of  Government  primary school, upper Chowadhi, the first exchange programme was conducted by Doon International School in order to shed inhibitions  and enhance self confidence of the children of the government school.

The guest students enjoyed the visit by playing on the swings, learning contemporary dance steps, learning basic etiquettes, reciting rhymes etc. The accompanying teachers Mumtaz Begum and Reena  were overwhelmed to see the students, teachers and infrastructure of Doon International School.

The Principal, Vikesh Kaur assured them to continue with such fruitful exchange programmes in future along with all possible help. She further appreciated the efforts and concern shown by the Chairman, G.N Tantray for this wonderful commencement. The teachers  who made exchange programmes  a great  success were Gurdeep Kaur (Vice Principal), Priyanka Singh (Coordinator), Ankush Bhardwaj, Manisha, Nida, Prince and administrative supervisor Ichbir Singh Bali.
