JAMMU: Division Bench of State High Court comprising Chief Justice M.M Kumar and Justice Tashi Rabstan directed the state government to identify the sites for land filling in a Public Interest Litigation filed by Advocate Sanjeet Kumar seeking pollution free environment in J and K State.
Advocate Jatinder Choudhary appeared for the PIL whereas AAG Seema Shekhar appeared for the state. JNF
