KATHUA: Organised by the Kathua Rugby Association, the two-day District Kathua Rugby Championship concluded at Sports Stadium, here yesterday with the holding of finals in different categories.
The sub-junior boys’ title went to Kathua Wise XI while DAV Greens remained runners-up. Similarly, in junior boys’ category, DAV Red defeated DAV Blues to claim the title trophy. In open girls’ event, DAV Red emerged winner after they trounced DAV Blues in the final.
Principal of the DAV School was Guest of Honour in the closing function of the meet.
