Jammu: Second District Jammu Choi Kwang Do Martial Art Championship organised by Choi Kwang Do Martial Art Association of J and K at Rotary Club Gandhi Nagar, concluded on Wednesday. More than 300 students of different schools of Jammu District participated in the championship.
In the closing ceremony, Makson Tickoo State Vice President, Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM), J and K was the Chief Guest while Sanjay Kumar Director Bhartiya Shiksha Samiti J and K and Brijesh Bhau, Chief Technical Director Tenshinkan Karate Do were the Guests of Honours.
The Chief Guest distributed the medals to the winners and appreciated to all participants. He said in this modern times learning martial art is very important for everyone. He gives congratulations to organising committee of the championship.
Championship was organised under the presidentship of Naresh Chander. The other officials who were present in championship were Manoj Mehra Techinical Director (CAJK), Ganesh Gupta, Shashi Janotra.
The event was officiated by Dinesh Kumar, Karan Kumar, Bhawna, Sheetal, Pawan Choudhary and Mofij Addin.
