DODA: DIG DKR Range, Basant Kumar Rath on Monday flagged off Mini Bharat Darshan Tour under Civic Action Programme , for the students from rural areas of Doda , Kishtwar and Ramban Districts. Forty three students accompanied by four caretakers including three NGOs and Deputy Superintendent of Police Iftikar Ahmed, Dy.SP HQRS Doda are part of the tour. During the tour the students are going to visit places of historical importance and other places of interest in Jammu, Amritsar, Chandigarh and capital city Delhi for six days.
The touring students will interact with political dignitaries, nobel prize winners, senior administrative officers and shall also visit prominent schools in Delhi. Before flagging off tour , the DIG DKR , Range interacted with the students. While extending his good wishes, the DIG advised the students to make best use of this tour and explore all the possible important information about the visiting places. Present on the occasion were SSP Ramban, Additional SP Ramban, SO to DIG DKR Range, Dysp HQRS Ramban, Dy.SP DAR Ramban and other police officers.
