Develop Bhadarwah as model constituency for tourism: Mankotia

BHADARWAH: Balwant Singh Mankotia, President Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party along with senior leaders conducted two days extensive tour of Bhadarwah Constituency in district Doda.
While addressing series of public meetings organised by Panthers Party local unit at Chinta, Gatti, More, Seri, Malothi, Balla, and Gajot, Mankotia demanded Bhadarwah to be developed as model constituency for tourism because it had a great potential and scope to attract tourists from all across the country. He added that Bhadarwah had been blessed by natural beauty and wonderful climate which could make it an ideal destination for the domestic as well as foreign tourists. “Though Bhadarwah constituency was represented by then Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad but the constituency remained deprived of adequate road connectivity and other civic amenities”, he rued.
Mankotia said that during his visit to Keladh area comprising around 15 villages, he witnessed dismal condition of roads clearly indicating that no political outfit has paid any attention towards the development of this area. Mankotia also expressed his anguish over the miserable condition of Bhadarwah hospital.
Prominent among those who accompanied Mankotia included Iqbal Choudhary, Neeraj Singh, Satwant Singh, Shakri Kumar and Vijay Kumar.
