JAMMU: Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS) shall be organising Youth Mela (festival) at Green Field ground, Gandhi Nagar on 26th December from 10:00 AM onwards.
The best team out of different cultural events shall be selected by the department for representing the state in the National Youth Festival, a handout issued here on Wednesday informed.
