AKHNOOR: DCM Public School on Saturday celebrated 8th Annual Day ‘Utsav-2017’ in the school auditroum.
The function began with lighting of traditional lamp by the Chief Guest, Jugal Kishore Sharma, Member Parliament, Guest of Honour Rajeev Sharma, MLA Akhnoor and Special Guests Siddhant Bali, Mr. Jammu 2017 and Jugal Dogra.
Managing Director of the School, Dheeraj Jamwal read out welcome address.
The dance performances by the Kindergarten and Junior wing reflected sheer gusto and fervour.
Rama Jamwal, Principal of the School read out the Annual Report highlighting the prominent achievements of the students and school during the Academic Year.
The meritorious students were awarded with trophies and mementoes for the remarkable achievements in the academics and other co-curricular activities throughout the year.
The Chief Guest praised the efforts of the management and staff for their endeavours in grooming the young students.
MLA Akhnoor stressed on preparing the students for global competitions. The programme was co-ordinated by the School Co-ordinators Pawan Singh and Arti Bhagat.
