Dalhousie Hilltop School announces special programmes for J&K students

JAMMU: Dalhousie Hilltop School President, Poonam Dhawan announced specific programmes launched especially for students from J&K.
Addressing a press conference here on Wednesday, Poonam informed that the school is offering Urdu language classes, special staff to cater to the religious and dietary needs, as well as special remedial and adjustment classes for those students who have been caught in the recent turmoil in the State. She also announced the launch of special winter classes in Jammu and conducting admissions tests in it office in Gole Market, here.
Poonam also discussed the new and innovative style of teaching techniques focused on application of concepts being used for extremely effective learning.
A CBSE based school, it has also implemented Cambridge English and received a prestigious International School Award 2016 for its efforts to “future-ready” the students at Hilltop school. Along with this Dalhousie Hilltop has tie-ups with colleges in UK, Canada and USA to offer a seamless passage for students who prefer to go abroad for higher education.
DHS also announced the launch of a brand new shooting range, and a new multi-gym to enhance its advanced sports programme.
