Cycle for health

Dear Editor,
To reduce oil bills, along with properly constructed roads and well-maintained vehicles, we need to adopt cycling as a habit. The cycling routine helps check obesity, blood pressure and heart diseases. It tones the body. It also helps maintain ecology as there is no pollution.  So, proudly say: “I ride a cycle.”
