SUNDERBANI: Rajouri Sub Office of Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture and Languages organised a musical concert at Government Higher Secondary School, Baja Bain in Sub Division Sunderbani on Thursday.
The Principal of the School O.P sharma was the Chief Guest on the occasion.
About ten artists drawn from Jammu and Sunderbani area mesmerised the audience by performing patriotic songs, Gazals duets and folk songs in Hindi, Urdu, Dogri and Punjabi during two hours cultural feast.
A well known artist and poet K.K Khaki acted as the master of ceremony while Raj Kumar, Suman Lata, Rampaul, Anil, Nishu, Raj Kumar, Darshan, Ashok Kumar, Rupali, Amit and Dheeraj Kumar stole the show with their appreciable performance.
In his address, principal appreciated the talent of artists and efforts of Cultural Academy in promotion of Art, Culture and Languages by organising such events in the State particularly in the border areas of border districts of Rajouri and Poonch.
