NEW DELHI: CS Dinesh Chandra Arora, a Fellow Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has joined as Secretary ICSI here on Thursday.
CS Dinesh is an accomplished professional and is also a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant. He has wide experience of 25 years of working in a global environment with multi products and multi locations, Fortune 500 MNCs and leading corporate houses in manufacturing, IT, financial services, FMCG and education sectors. He has vast expertise in strategic and business planning, budgeting and forecasting, funds raising, lPO and private equity management, Opex/Capex management, fiscal and tax planning, legal drafting (documents and contracts), mergers and acquisitions, treasury and risk management.
Before taking charge as Secretary ICSI, Arora was spearheading the process of the proposed IPO and M and A proposals as a Company Secretary and CFO with Resonance Eduventures Ltd., Kota, Rajasthan – a leader mainly in the education space of engineering and medical entrance.
Prior to working with Resonance Eduventures Ltd, he has also worked at Karvy Computershare Pvt Ltd, Saint Gobain Diamant Winter Ltd, NetAcross Ltd, Godfrey Phillips India Ltd, Samtel India Ltd and Rico Auto Industries Ltd.
CS Arora is widely travelled across the globe and has delivered lectures on Leadership, Achievement Motivation, Independent Directors, Transforming Role of a Company Secretary and Mission CSR at various national and international forums.
