KATHUA: As per annual calendar issued by the Director General of Youth Services and Sports, Government of Jammu and Kashmir, the Department organised Inter-School District Level trials for under-19 boys of super seven cricket at Sports Stadium, here on Monday.
The trials were held under the supervision of District Sports Officer Subash Chander Bhardwaj.
Out of 40 players of 14 Higher Secondary Schools of District Kathua, a team of 10 players was selected which will compete at Division level.
Earlier, the trials were inaugurated by Subash Bhardwaj and assisted by ZPEOs Pawan Kumar, Rajesh Kumar, Sulinder Kour and Pardeep Singh. Mohan Lal Dub, Kuldeep Singh and Ram Luwaya were also present on the occasion.
