RAJOURI: Youth leader from district Rajouri, Tazeem Dar informed that a cricket tournament in the memory of Late Mufti Muhammad Sayeed, former Chief Minister of J and K is being organised from December 17.
Talking to reporters at Press Club here, Tazeem said that “It’s a part of our efforts to keep energy of youth channelised towards sports to keep them away from drugs”. He appealed to all young men, including administration and sports officers and physical teachers to cooperate with them to make the event successful.
He added that Man of the Match will be rewarded with trophy in every match.
Tosif Khan, who is organising tournaments since last few years, appealed to all cricketers to register their teams and avail this golden opportunity to display and nourish their talent. Others present were Mustafa Khan, Tosif Khan, Shadab Shah, Haroon Lone, Zaffar Wani, Rashid Shawl and Amir Khan.
