Country embarked on path of unprecedented development under Modi: Priya

JAMMU: Minister of State for Education, Culture and Tourism, on Saturday said that the country has embarked on a path of unprecedented development during the three years of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led government.
She was speaking at a function organized by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting to mark the three-day MODI Festival at the Government Higher Secondary School at Satwari here.
Pertinently, the MODI Festival is being organized across the country to mark the completion of three years of the NDA Government at the centre.
The Minister said that during the first three years of Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led government at the centre, the country has touched new heights of development, adding that during this time almost every sector has witnessed unprecedented progress.
Priya Sethi said that the central government has launched a series of welfare schemes benefitting the weaker sections of the society. She added that a number of welfare schemes have been launched keeping in view the interests of women, youth and farmers, and called on people to come forward and take benefit of these schemes.
Yudhvir Sethi, Baldev Bloria, Vinay Gupta, Rekha Mahajan, Harbans Choudhary and other BJP leaders were also present on the occasion.
