Cong will make comeback: JKPCC Chief

 STATE TIMES NEWS
BARAMULLA: Former Minister and JKPCC Chief, G.A Mir said that Congress will make a comeback both in the country and Jammu and Kashmir, as people of the Country and J and K have realised the politics of deception of BJP and PDP. He said both the parties polarised the situation for coming into power in the State and their lust for power has exposed them before the people.
While addressing a massive Congress rally at Dak Bunglow Baramulla on Sunday, Mir said both the parties had hidden understanding before the election to polarise the sentiments of the people of Kashmir and Jammu regions as part of their strategy. He said that the delay in the formation of Government after electoral results was only to finalise pre planned understanding and their common minimum agenda was an eye wash to dupe the people of the State. He cautioned and asked people not to expect anything positive from Coalition Government as it is a blind horse riding towards unknown destination. He said that PDP and BJP do not trust each other and that is the reason that PDP is going one way and BJP the other only to mislead the people and gain political mileage both in Kashmir and Jammu.
Mir criticised Chief Minister Mufti Mohd Sayeed for justifying his collaboration with BJP for the sake of funds for rebuilding State’s infrastructure and rehabilitation of flood affected people. He asked Mufti to divulge the fate of Rs. 44,000 crore relief package. He assured the people that Congress Party will continue to raise the issue of rehabilitation of flood affected people both in State and centre.
Terming the Congress party an instrument of service and unifying force, he said Congress is fully committed for well being and development of the people and has the most important duty to maintain secular fabric and safeguard the interests of common masses. He urged the Party cadres to fight for the issues of people and expose the failures and wrong policies of coalition Government.
