JAMMU: Former minister and Senior Vice President Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) Sham Lal Sharma lashed out at the present PDP-BJP Coalition Government for taking about one and half years to re-constitute the Other Backward Classes (OBC) Board alleging their indifferent approach and lack of concern for them.
